By accessing or using DevSkillZone, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service overview

DevSkillZone provides portfolio creation and publishing tools, template customization, CV generation/export, and AI-powered visitor Q&A features on public portfolio pages.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellations

Starter is free. Paid tiers unlock additional templates and features. Paid subscriptions renew based on your billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use DevSkillZone for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity, including uploading content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant DevSkillZone a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

7. AI assistant output

AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing output and any public content generated or published using the platform.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also update these terms, with changes becoming effective when posted on this page.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevSkillZone is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abuse of the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
